Services

The Red Roofer provides roofing, handyman, and general home improvement services in Little Elm, TX and the surrounding DFW metroplex. Our services include but are not limited to roof repair, roof installation, roof inspections, gutter services, interior and exterior painting, landscaping, fencing, and general home repairs.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by The Red Roofer are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Estimates are not guaranteed final prices and may change based on actual conditions discovered during the course of work, material availability, or changes in project scope. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to you before additional work is performed.

Warranties

Workmanship warranties vary by service type and will be discussed with you before any work begins. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship guarantee. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Red Roofer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
